What’s your favorite part about what you do?

I have the ability to ensure that people who come to our waterpark have a great time and make everlasting memories. Additionally, should guests need any kind of assistance, whether it be general help or medical aid, I am here to assist them.

How has your IBCCES training/credential helped you in your career?

The IBCCES training has broadened my knowledge on how to interact with People of Determination, thereby enhancing my abilities and skills to assist the various guests we have in our aquatic facility.

How do you use/implement what you learned in the IBCCES certification training?

The training has provided me with the knowledge and understanding of how to interact and engage with People of Determination in my work environment. This includes dealing with situations that can be complicated if not handled delicately. It has also changed my approach to interacting with guests from the beginning, as it is not always obvious that the guest I am dealing with is a Person of Determination.
