Western Berks Ambulance Association has become the first emergency services team in Reading, Pennsylvania, to receive the Certified Autism Center™ designation.

This designation is granted by the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES) and requires that 80% or more of the EMTs, paramedics, and other Western Berks Ambulance Association public-facing workers complete training through IBCCES.
